Mountain Bike Mayhem: Grom Trio Takes On Lake Tahoe

The Trio Behind Bars crew just dropped a full-throttle guide to Lake Tahoe’s best mountain biking—and it’s filmed by none other than legendary ski filmmaker Scott Gaffney. Known for capturing some of the most iconic ski moments of the last two decades, Gaffney brings that same energy and eye for action to two wheels.

Camden (14), Weston (10), and Em (6)—the siblings behind the Trio Behind Bars channel—spend a week ripping through Tahoe’s trails, parks, and jumps, showcasing just how far young riders can push it when the stoke is high and the terrain delivers.

Over the course of a week, the crew hits nearly every flavor of terrain Tahoe has to offer. It starts with airtime at Truckee Bike Park and Prosser Dirt Jumps, where they warm up with whips, flips, and fully dialed trick lines. From there, it’s all about exploration.
