Ah, the change of the seasons. 

Mammoth locals woke up to a fresh foot of snow (10-12 inches, officially) Sunday morning after a surprise spring storm blew in. Here's the view from the top of the mountain. It looks like someone hid the summit sign. That's a lot of snow. If this is what skiing in May looks like, count me in. Here's to hoping they'll extend the season past Memorial day!  Either way, we can't wait to see the clips of people scoring glories freshies in early May.
