While the trailer may all be in French, the objective of Kilian Jornet's new film is pretty clear: the steep skiing mastermind and friends like Vivian Bruchez hunt some of the most mind-bending lines in the Alps. The title, French for “between the lines,” says it all. Forget AK-style steep, these guys are after lines that nobody else even sees, linking together hanging snowfields, near-vertical couloirs, and treating massive cliffs like they aren’t even there. Oh yeah, and these adventures are all completely human-powered. Does it get any more badass?
