Guide Life: Tim Cohn

Last winter an all-star crew of Sage Cattabriga-Alosa, Ian McIntosh, and Griffin Post departed a small airfield in Anchorage, Alaska and flew deep into a small range between the Revelation and Tordrillo mountains. Dubbed the "Hidden" Mountains this place would become home for the next three weeks as the trio established a basecamp to hike and ski countless first descents that rose up around the camp.

An essential and unsung part of this team was ski-guide Tim Cohn. Tim was vital to the success of this lofty endeavor and worked seamlessly with the athlete and production team to ensure the safety and well-being of the entire operation while they were in the mountains. It takes a unique skill set to work with some of the world's top freeskiers and Tim's mountain sense and work ethic coupled with his easy-going demeanor made it an easy experience.

In this episode of Guide Life, we explore the early beginning's of Tim's ski guiding career, from his youth in Massachusetts, his coming of age in the Tetons to his continuing journey today.
