Griffin Post Hammers the East Face of the Middle Teton

Griffin’s Teton segment in TGR’s Way of Life is effing mind-blowing. There is just no other way to describe it. (Except for maybe aggressive, calculated, and fast.)

The East Face of the Middle is such a big, high-consequence ski mountaineering line and Griffin skied the thing like it was at the resort. He hammered it without stopping from top to bottom — over 1000 feet of full throttle ripping. Even Zahan Billimoria, who’d been guiding big lines in the Tetons for 10 years at the time, had never seen anything like it.

Griffin would follow this line by the same style of descent on Mount Moran, and Apocolypse Couloir — eventually making him known for his remarkable Teton skiing.
