Alaska is a beautiful beast, and sometimes it bites back. During the filming of our latest film, Pressure Drop, Maggie Voisin went full throttle into a line that demanded total commitment. She caught a proper tomahawk, a heavy and violent reminder of the stakes in Valdez. Maggie quickly recovered from the heavy tumble. That resilience is pure big-mountain grit, and it’s why she is one of the best in the game.

Entering the world of TGR filmmaking is not for the faint of heart, especially when your first assignment is a major segment in the demanding terrain of Valdez. Molly Armanino, however, showed up ready for the heavy snow and exposure. She dropped into one of those textbook no-fall zones, a place where a single mistake means a very bad day. Watching her clip from Pressure Drop is a study in total commitment. Molly attacks the wildly exposed line with style, grace, and absolutely zero hesitation, moving like a seasoned veteran.

No moment embodies the TGR spirit quite like the infamous Tower Four at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. This moment, captured in our fourth film, The Realm, cemented Shannon Schad as a legend. Tower Four was, and remains, a permanently closed area due to its high consequence. However, that didn't stop Schad from dropping in on a high-stakes, high-visibility mission. The clip is now part of our All-Time Moments: Year by Year series because of the sheer audacity and skill involved. Even the local ski patrol, who might have initially been a little fired up, had to respect the sheer execution of the line.
