Full Send: Ripping Moguls at Deer Valley

Deer Valley has a reputation, well deserved, as a resort that strives for perfection. The groomers are immaculate, the cuisine is haute, and the service is impeccable. As such, it makes sense that Deer Valley also has a perfectly-sculpted mogul course where the discipline's best and brightest go to practice.

Deer Valley hosted the mogul events at the 2002 Salt Lake Winter Olympic Games.

The course, originally built for the 2002 Winter Olympics, is still in use to this day, prominently located right above Deer Valley's main base area. Follow along as Olympians Shannon Bahrke and Bryon Wilson rip moguls and send flips and spins at one of Utah's premiere ski resorts.

Even if you're not likely to throw a backflip, or even a fan of moguls, Deer Valley is still worth a visit on virtue of its 2,000+ acres of beautiful bowls, glades, groomers, and stellar dining and lodging options. Learn more about Deer Valley at their website, and be sure to check it out when it opens for the season on December 7th, 2019.
