    2018 / 2019 NCAA Hoops

Nothing popped up on a search so starting a new thread.

NCAA hoops get rolling tonight. MSU / Kansas. Duke / KY on the slate tonight.

Ewing's second year as coach, we're hoping for a better year at Georgetown.

I'm curious to see how Bol Bol does against some real competition. It looks like he has a fairly complete game for a freshman and moves more fluidly than your average 7 footer. Love the turn around 3 at 2:10. He will be a nightmare to defend if that shot isn't a fluke.

Hoping Langford lives up to the hype and this IU team has a great season in Miller's second year as coach. So far they looked good but that's just one cupcake game.

Also, Kentucky is just getting manhandled which is a great start to the season!
    It sucks to suck.

That is great, except it was by Duke. Fuck I hate Duke and they're gonna be really good this year.

Where's UVM going to end up? Bell-Haynes is gone.
They've done well in the few years I've watched Lamb go from being a freshman to a senior. The eldest Duncan brother is a senior. And there's other talent. They'll never take the NCAA title, however, they are my school. So go Cats go.

I was at the game on Sunday against Saint Michael's. Mixed bag. They were a little rusty and after the first 2/3 it seemed far from a done deal. We left with them up by only about 10. I was therefore quite perplexed when I read the final score 90-61. WTF? Saint Mike's must have just sat down on the court for that to happen. I forget how much was on the clock when I left, however 39 points was around their halftime score! Damn.

I hate Duke as well, but I can't see how they don't win it all this year. That Williamson kid looks scary good.

Fun watching Michigan giving Villanova an absolute ass whipping for paybacks.

I was so passed when RJ Barrett committed to Duke. They look scary good and I really dislike it but as a Canadian I can't dislike RJ. I am so torn.

My group of hoop head buddies and I have a policy that you can't say the word Duke without adding the word fuck.

    Fuck Duke.

UVM did pretty gud against Kansas the other night. I didn't expect the cats to win anyway. Glad they held their own for as long as they did. They didn't get as much of a beating as they gave to Saint Mike's.

The Duke/Zion coverage is getting old quick. Yeah, they're good and deserving of the No. 1 seed but this whole "greatest college team ever" nonsense seems overblown especially after they let Army keep it to single digits for 30 minutes.

In other news, the Big Ten could be tough this year after watching Michigan and Indiana blow out ranked teams. Or it could be a total bust like last year. Either way, Big Ten/ACC Challenge looks interesting.
    It sucks to suck.

I'm watching this Syracuse-UConn game and Boeheim's kid Buddy is playing for Cuse, but his name is misspelled on his shirt as Boheim. How does that happen?

That's kind of a stunner, Gonzaga over Duke. Just saw the score, but I definitely didn't expect that.

I live less than 2 miles from DOOK and Cameron. Senior day is such a joke there because they never have more than 2 or 3 seniors. Last year it was just Grayson "Laitner".
Go that way really REALLY fast. If something gets in your way, TURN!

Speaking of ass whippings, UNC took it on the chin tonight. Beilein seems to have some horses, the Brazdeikis kid looks pretty good.
