The 190 is Shiva, Destroyer of the Worlds, AK open face, Mach Looney, that depending on skiier can be considered "dead" and "unresponsive" by those that try to make turns at low speed or without the mass to bend the ski. It charges, with playful tendencies. The 190 needs speed to come alive, glorious speed, particle accelerator speed.

Whoa - rad!

I waited and watched and waited for deals on the 188 C108 (used or new) for a couple months. Never saw anything below $600, which is above my ski purchase price ceiling. Same reason I keep putting the Chi-pot Ba-Nanner in my cart, but can't pull the $799 trigger. Ended up buying 191 Mantra 102s two weeks ago from $375 from my local shop to replace 188 PBJs.

And then this demo and blem sale happens - both with the C108s! Dangit. Oh well. Maybe next year. Guess I'll be in the market for pow skis, so looking forward to see what comes out 8/1!
