I would love to know what airline I can "PAY" to legit fly my dogs in the cabin? I would happily pay for a seat in the rear of the plane. The airline would have no seats there, just tie downs for dog kennels. I pre-board with the kennels, tie them down and sit beside them in the seat across the aisle. Win-win.

actually,
I believe they could also ask to see the animal's Health Certificate for interstate travel - provided the plane is landing in a different state than origin.
however(,) I also believe it may be Better just to leave those people alone :
for whatever reason, on some level, they 'need' their animal .
we have become a selfish, inconsiderate, species. (tj)

Our dog, along with the alarm system and video cameras, guards the house when we're traveling. We just have a family friend come over to hang out for awhile and feed the pets while we're out. They bring in the mail too, dropping in at random times sometime each day we're gone.

Southwest.
Southwest Airlines allows small vaccinated domestic cats and dogs to travel with you in-cabin under the seat in front of you. All pets must be carried in an appropriate carrier, as indicated below......Pets traveling are subject to a $95 Pet Fare each way per pet carrier.

There was a thread on here not too long ago where some guy bought his dog a seat on Southwest from Costa Rica back to the US (he was flying too) and he had a pic of the dog sitting in its seat, I wonder how he managed that?

Saved a ton on dental work to splurge on that seat?

ha. no he was surfing if I recall. I remember the thread because that's when I learned that Liberia is also a place in Costa Rica. I was puzzled as shit by the dude surfing in Africa and taking Southwest to get home. With his dog.

If it’s a service animal then you can buy a seat on American and probably others.

It ain't just planes. Around here there are people who seem to take their dog everywhere, stores, restaurants, etc..

I remember the picture of a yellow lab flying back from some tropical destination. I confess I don't pay much attention to who posts what though.
