Props to MeadowSkipper for sharing an Arcteryx F&F code, and JJChit for being willing to combine an order to share the deals! As a thanks for sharing the code, I made a $35 donation (in the form of purchases from their Amazon wishlist) to the Alternative Humane Society of Whatcom County. I imagine they'll be thankful for the donation, but confused by the fact that all the gift receipts say "Change for a nickel! In honor of MeadowSkipper"

I need to go to Utah.
    Utah?
Yeah, Utah. It's wedged in between Wyoming and Nevada. You've seen pictures of it, right?

So after 15 years we finally made it to Utah.....

Thanks BCSAR and POWMOW Ski Patrol for rescues

Byates01 bought a pair of skis from me. No scamming, but I regret doing business with the guy for a variety of reasons. If I could rescind the deal I would. I will not do business with the individual in question again.

"Props to..." thread - you're doing it wrong.

I want to publicly thank EC mags steved and Cat in January for the excellent bucket brigade movement of the skis I bought from steved. Cat graciously offered to try to get the skis from steved and offered to move them as far as Portland where my nephew could grab them for me (my sister lives less than an hour from me so that will likely be the ultimate transloading spot). Steved linked up with Cat halfway between their 2 abodes; he didn't have to do that and I really appreciate it. Cat then contacted my nephew and coordinated a linkup in Portland on one of his regular trips there.

Saved me a 5-hour drive each way and/or prevented me from having to pay for shipping.

I will be repaying Cat in beer when I see him (hopefully soon) and with good vibes and karma until then.

Props to s1ammy. I sent him a tongue from my retired Maestrale RS's and he sent me back a jar of some gorgeous looking honey. It was unnecessary but very much appreciated. Thanks, man!

iriponsnow rejected my offer for a pair of Pivot heels for being too high, had me pay him less, and then shipped them fast. Terrible negotiator, but a good mag.
