Looking good, thanks for sharing. We have some high water of here as well. So is that dude ready to buy a full-face helmet now?

Fiiiiirre! Hell ya. Definitely not low there....definitely not high here. We're hungry for some melt!

And I saw someone talking about wearing a rock climbing helmet for kayaking on here!?

Full-face, people. Root, knows what i'm talkin bout.

Are his hands that scraped up or just from his nose?

Sexy, some nice flarey lines in the there.

Random question ('cos one of you was wearing one), what do you think of the Astral Green jacket compared to the 300 and the new Palm one? Worth the extra dollar?

I can't compare but I will say that I have the Astral 300 and a Palm Stikine drysuit and the PFD is almost impossible to get over the back zipper of the drysuit without assistance. It sucks. Next time I am getting a Kokatat drysuit with a front zipper.

There was a race about a week and a half ago, someone managed to get some quality action of the dude in the old school playboat showing the exciting line on Brave Bear. Quality,

    Front zippers suck -- www.immersionresearch.com

Double-D drysuit with Astral Greenjacket is good to go.

    Kokatat GMER is The One.

IR drysuit with Entrant fabric: $840
    GMER with 100% Gore-Tex: $995

    $145 well spent.

I hate front zippers and I think Gore-Tex has brainwashed people into believing that its the only W-B laminate out there. But hey, its your money!
