I really hope the dates in early late October/early November are real, not the late November ones. Would be awesome to see them in either ATL or Austin on my way out west.

Check out Youtube and you'll see a great video from the show. The guy was front and center and you can see Trey cracking up.

Fall/Early Winter dates seem pretty set and I'm excited for the MSG and Albany shows.

Mike Gordon: Phish to continue touring after Halloween shows

    By John W. Barry • September 1, 2009

Phish bass player Mike Gordon told the Poughkeepsie Journal a few minutes ago that he and his band mates will continue to tour after they play three shows, on Halloween weekend, in California.

"Beyond that, we're definitely doing some playing," Gordon said during a telephone interview. "I think in the soon future."

Phish has not announced any tour dates beyond Oct. 30-Nov. 1 in Indio, Calif. The band recently completed a summer tour.

Gordon said he is "very excited" about the upcoming, yet-to-be announced Phish tour dates.

He said Phish, after the Halloween shows, will take some time off, during which Gordon plans to focus on writing and touring with his solo band. But, he added, the schedules for Phish and solo projects will result in "a balance being achieved."

Gordon will bring his solo band to the Bearsville Theater in Woodstock on Sept. 11. Visit www.bearsvilletheater or call 845-679-4406 for information.

Visit www.poughkeepsiejournal.com or pick up a copy of Friday's Poughkeepsie Journal to read a story based on the interview that Journal music writer conducted with Gordon today.

Information is also available at www.mike-gordon.com and www.phish.com.

this will be the first halloween or festival that I will miss and its funny how a wife and kids cuts back on the touring schedule

Fall/early winter dates will be announced by mid Oct and the 'tour' will only be a few shows in the east (Phily, Albany, MSG in late Nov & early Dec & then Miami for NYE)

Leaving for Cabo tomorrow for a week. Come back and then I have pechelman's bachelor party the following weekend in Fruita.

Starting to feel angsty about not being there. But once '10 starts the wife has given me the green light to chase a few shows.
