Nice, but not as nice as birthdays on the afternoon shift in my OR--almost all the nurses and techs Filipino and the birthday person had to bring in a Filipino feast to which selected doctors were invited. I asked the cook. Big container, 2-parts water, 1-part rice. Cover container and slow-cook in oven for 2hrs.
She said she’s recently started par-boiling the rice before putting it in the oven. The rice at least is better than what I make at home most of the time.
Is DD still wanted for the Copper OB run, or is this something dumber?
As I understand it, the Marshall’s holds help supplement the kitchen budget. I don’t think Summit houses any feds, so prolly just PBJ’s and PBJ hooch for DD.
