Kids bindings.
Marker 4.5 with demo track.
Free + shipping
Note: bindings and tracks came off different setups but I'm fairly certain they will work together. No template but I've got pics of plates mounted so if you're willing to do some 2x4 tests you can probably figure out mount location and adjust for smaller boot as necessary.
One and a half Marker 7.0 bindings. Kid blew up the other toe in a fairly spectacular wipeout. Free + shipping

10 YO Girl Skis..
Danno - PRB = Peoples Republic Boulder?
I've got 2 pair Gotamas 128 cm 86 waist.
One mounted with marker 7.0 one unmounted. What BSL are you looking to fit?
What length GS and how old/beat are you willing to consider? I've got 3-4 pairs up to 145ish available have to inventory tonight for next season.

Yep, PRB is Boulder.
Marker 7.0 is still a kids binding, right? I just checked her new boots for this year (which she hasn't tried on yet, need to do that!), and they are still kid's boots (based on what was posted earlier in here, they are stamped with a "C" which means kid boot?). Assuming that the boots I have fit (will confirm tonight), the BSL is 259. Those Gotamas sound like a good option.
As for GS race skis, I'm thinking in the 135 range? Fuck if I know, I'm not an alpine skier and this is my only kid, so it's all guesswork."fuck off you asshat gaper shit for brains fucktard wanker." - Jesus Christ
"She was tossing her bean salad with the vigor of a Drunken Pop princess so I walked out of the corner and said.... "need a hand?"" - Odin
"everybody's got their hooks into you, fuck em....forge on motherfuckers, drag all those bitches across the goal line with you." - (not so) ill-advised strategy

If she needs GS skis, I'm assuming there's a race program and a coach involved...every coach I know is very happy to answer pre-season equipment questions because it really sucks to have a kid making the right moves athletically and getting foiled by their equipment. Also, many may know which families are looking to unload appropriate-sized gear.
If you don't have a coach available to ask, I'd go by the sizing suggestions in https://cochranskiarea.com/wp-conten...g-and-Tips.pdf, which is a post from the VARA (Vermont Ski Racing) list.

ISO best first ski setup for 12-18mo old - really just to wear at the neighborhood park and get used to having skis on his feet in snow. Recommendations for outerwear/protective gear welcome, too.
I looked at "Lucky Bums" skis for hard goods, but not sure it's the best choice - anyone have any experience with them?

Keep kids skiing pass it down thread...keep it going
great way to start farting around on skis
but then you’ll want a 65cm ski (some have fish scales) and something like a Nordica Nordy boot
good luck
have fun

Lucky Bums, mittens with the velcro opening backs, cheap snow boots and lotsa marshmallows and gummy bears.
Get a pair of shitty thrift store xc skis/boots so they're doing it like Daddy. NO POLES until they can skate faster than you.
