I dunno, I kinda like Rutland but it just has so many faults. We looked at some properties on the eastern edge of town on the east side of the road bordering the NF. It was cool and would never have neighbors but those "problems" kept us away.

Booze, gunshot wound or stupidity.

I'm not really sold on Rutland actually being in VT. Fair Haven on down and east to RT 100 is a grab bag of North Massachusetts and East NY.
