Of concern to me is :
Will the ranch lot be free for 3 or more car pool ?
An automated gate will not know how many persons
    are in your car.
If it is a fully automated payment system with a CC

And it’s back to the COVID bus to Stillson.
If the answer is somehow YES. Then it’s trolling for

Do any local folks have use for this town cruiser bike?
I’m trying to clear out more space in the garage and this was my “grab coffee/lunch” bike when my office was in East Jackson.
*Disclaimer* it appears to have multiple gears but it currently functions as a single speed.
I’m sure it could be restored to a multiple gear bike should one desire, but it works great as is for any of you downtown office folks.
    it’s a 17.5” frame
Could Mrs Rideit’s office use this? Or wooly mammoth? It would be great to see it continue on as someone’s office lunch mule
Otherwise I’ll take it to the Browser if they are still accepting bikes

I’m sure Gus won’t mind me screen shotting this to share it.

People are really upset as to how out of touch the resort is with their employees. Really really interesting to see. With multiple ski patrols unionizing the past few winters, housing prices sky rocketing to never before see heights in ski towns across the west, I truly wonder if it’s sustainable for resorts to think they can pay employees what they do.

I’m sort of upset because of the optics. I mean how arrogant can MK be? Could she not wear any of her Patagonia clothes so she choose a $639 sweater, which costs as much as many of the employees make in a week? A really good friend of mine was a private equity guy and had a garage of classic Italian sports cars. Next to the garage he kept a nice, but not fancy Acura sedan. I asked him one day why, and he said optics matter. He can’t tell a business owner that he can only pay X when the owner wants 3X if my buddy drives a classic 911 to the meeting. Optics fucking matter.

Smartest thing the Kemmerers need to sell asap. MK was clearly brought in to pump up the bottom line with the idea of a sale in the future. Covid threw a wrench into that plan, but get out because of the employees really all walk out and don’t show up one day, that’s going to drastically hurt a sale price. Town is small enough as it is, and if the working class there is left refuses to work for the resort, that’s going to put a hurting on bottom line.

Do rich people eat food in their 600 dollar sweaters? Seriously, if I was wearing a 600 dollar sweater I bought with my own earned money while eating a greasy burger and fries I think I'd need to duct tape a tarp around it to feel comfortable.

Pretty sure the richs wipe with $600 sweaters.
They have a team of poors with plungers to come in and unclog the toilet when they are done.

they do their ting, we do ours
but also most certainly this thread would be much older than just 20-21 under the MT example

and I'll edit to add that a couple of yrs ago when djongo was still newer on the board he asked if it was cool to start the new season thread (I think I had started the prior yr's thread) and we discussed the merits of keeping the same thread going every year, but the conclusion we came to was that starting a new thread each year serves as somewhat of a yearbook for us to go back and reference past years pics etc vs having to sift through literally thousands of pages of an continuously ongoing thread

Skibrd started it. I wouldn't have participated if I wasn't genuinely intrigued by wearing a 650 dollar sweater.

For reference I ordered a Freeze T shirt last month for 28 bucks with shipping. I treated myself bigly that day. I won't wear it while eating, it's fancy.
