Hey, I remember you. That's me in your photo, red jacket blue pants.

Must be a bad angle though as I'd like to think I'm a bit taller than that.

I'll be up early tomorrow as well. Not sure my outfit though.

I thought that was you in the photo but didn't you have a bright yellow camera pack?

I'll be up to...but afternoon shift with my older kiddo probably running Challenger laps. Green coat, brown fly low hat, probably Praxis FRS skis. Be fun to ski a few if anyone is still around.

I had a yellow pack like three or four years ago. It was too big though so I changed to this black pack a while back.

How long are you in town? Sounds like we might be cookin' up an ass kickin' time for tomorrow

0g should be around. Not sure if he is skiing tomorrow (think he is working tomorrow night) but hoping to ski some laps with him this weekend. He was in Durango for the opening weekend.

Word. Well glad you got the goods yesterday.

Let me know when you get back down. I'm pretty flexible this month.

Great divide opening Belmont Saturday. Probably shouldn’t repair my core shots from big sky last week until after that.

LT opener broke wide open today, and the community spirit turned out in full force. Lots of people skipping work, kids skipping school with their parents, high schoolers skipped class, etc. Bunch of people felt that skipping out today was worth it, and it showed.

And boy were people hungry. A seemingly small crowd by LT standards, but the gloves were off.

People were happy to be back, and you could feel the jubilance sounding through the forest as people ripped through the trees. The Mrs was certainly excited to be back.

"Upper Mountain Adventure Skiing. No restrictions and nothing closed. Sign the waiver and go explore."

Get up early and beat the crowds down the canyon, grab first chair, punch a nice line or two, and maybe even grab a photo.

Comedy of errors lead to a later than anticipated start this AM. Then I was skiing with two tram-less friends. Still a blast. Looked like Lenin/Marx opened up?

Might have to go up tomorrow and see what the wind pushes around tonight.
