Sierra at Tahoe 18/19 season passes just went on sale. Here is a quote from the Season Pass Benefits on their site:
"Tickets must be used during the 2018/19 season only and restrictions apply. (Mon-Fri + 50 percent off weekends, non-holiday)
Please visit individual resort websites for directions, benefits and restrictions prior to visiting.
For more details on participating resorts and offers, visit the Powder Alliance website!"
This is mentioned below a list of Powder Alliance resorts (same as last season.) However, the Powder Alliance site has not been updated yet. Also, many of the Powder Alliance resorts have not put out information about 18/19.

It looks like AZ Snowbowl is leaving the Powder Alliance.
Here is a link to their pass for next year:
https://www.snowbowl.ski/season-passes/
Their FAQs:
https://www.snowbowl.ski/season-pass-faqs/
Which includes the following
Additional Benefits
Q: What benefits come on my season pass?
A: It depends on which pass your purchase. Pass benefits are summarized on the Season Pass page. For our current list of 3 FREE Days partners and their restrictions for Power Passes click here and for all Snowbowl Senior Passes click here. We’re working hard to grow our season pass partnerships!
Q: Will my pass include the Powder Alliance?
A: No, although many resorts that were on the Powder Alliance are now on the Power Pass!
Power Pass partners page:
https://www.snowbowl.ski/the-mountai...ower-partners/
I hope that the Powder Alliance can fill this void. Arizona Snowbowl was fun when I skied there.

Castle Mountain Resort's release reveals some possible additions. Loveland, CO and Sugar Bowl, CA are listed.
http://www.skicastle.ca/castle-joins-powder-alliance/
Their release also shows Arizona Snowbowl as still being on the Alliance, so I'm not sure what is accurate and true.Last edited by Vets; 03-28-2018 at 10:31 PM.

I thnk I might have next winters road trip all planned out now
buy a bogus basin pass for $350, gives me 3days * 9 ski area @ $13/day average (assuming I use all the days and dont pay for the weekends at all)

You are not alone in your thinking. Mrs gepmeow & I just purchased Bogus Basin passes for next season with the same sorta game plan in mind. Too bad we didn’t buy during Pres Day weekend, as they had some good perks thrown in at such time in addition to the Powder Alliance.

Dude, last year right as the season started Powder Alliance posted a link to AZ Snowbowl talking about the upcoming season and Snowbowl had no mention of Powder Alliance on their website or their pass offerings. A couple people let PA know and a few days later there was stuff on the website. Some sort of fuckery is afoot. I liked that pass for traveling around.

I'm sure it's been said before but a PA partnership with a few eastern passes would be quite nice. I could see how PA mountains wouldn't be making lodging money off of destination visits, but I'd definitely be buying additional days tickets if I went to one for the week. Not much of a benefit for local PA mountain passholders.

Loveland's season pass also list powder alliance per the above. http://skiloveland.com/tickets-passes/season-passes/
One change seems to be, this years pass (17/18) according to the website allows 3 free days except blackouts. According to Lovelands website, there will only be 3 free weekdays, and then 50% off on weekends.

$419 for a pass, with full PA benefits, plus
3 Free Days at Purgatory
3 Free Days at Monarch Mountain
3 Free Days at Powderhorn Mountain Resort
3 Free Days at Powder Mountain
3 Free Days at Grand Targhee Resort with lodging (See Details Below)
3 Free Days at Whitefish Mountain Resort
3 Free Days at Snow King Resort
3 Free Days at Red Lodge Mountain (New for 2018/19)
3 Free Days at Homewood Mountain Resort (New for 2018/19)
3 Free Days at Ski Cooper (New for 2018/19)
3 Free Days at each (Sipapu, Pajarito Mountain, Ski Hesperus and Arizona Snowbowl)
that could be a NICE road trip pass (without using loveland at all)

I live ~50min from Loveland, and after 2 seasons with its pass did something dumb and got Epic/RMSP+ this year.
Fuck that. I'm back to Loveland next year, and have already been mapping out a 2 week road trip with $0 pass cost and $0 lodging costs thanks to the van. A couple big days of driving to start and end, plus potentially a day or two of touring thrown in there.

^^^ Don't stop! From Whitefish head to Castle over to Silver Star and then get back on track with Whitewater to Schweitzer...
Like you said you already have the van and the lodging and lift tickets are free!
