One of the cross beams has gone out askew on the treadle, no doubt.

Yaktracks, regular, pro, or run version? Mostly hiking, though I might jog some short sections in them. I’ll only use them when there’s snow or ice so I’ll maybe be able to use them a couple weeks a year.
Remind me. We'll send him a red cap and a Speedo.

    Micro spikes > Yaktracks.

I use micro spikes when crampons are overkill but I need traction in consolidated snow and ice. They go on fast and pack away small. No reason not to carry them in my pack when I'm hiking during the winter and spring. I think there are a couple mfgs but the og ones are made by Kahtoola and cost around fifty bucks.

I’ve got Hillsound, but pretty much the same as Kahtoola.

I think anyways is more Eastern and since they don't know how to talk out in the hinterlands I'm sure we're right.

    oof. body shot.

I do believe the plural is or at least can be correct in this usage. Let's see what teh googles sez

edit: well, 2 minutes of in-depth research tell us that the singular is more common by far, and also that apparently no one has ever asked this question before.

It's back East, or Down East, but never out East.
