Pulled pork taco w/ homemade flour tortillas. I used the recipe on the King Arthur site. Not quite as good as the local abuela's tortillas, but much better than the store bought ones. And I'm a white guy from the suburbs.

sombody brought one of these presses back and it broke pretty quick but the tortillas were not great, so IME it was way easier and the product was way better buying it from safeway
