If I had to pick one I'd probably have to concede that it's the USA.

I could live in Ireland. I like it there and I can be a citizen, all I have to do is fill out the paperwork and bring them some documents, which I already have.

Scotland is cool too, but I don't golf and the skiing there is foetid. I'm first gen, so supposedly I could get citizenship. Do they have drive through haggis though? I'd need a castle too.

Actually I have no idea. Whatever the EU laws are I guess.

I was gonna do the citizenship thing about 12 or so years ago, mainly because back then it would have made my kids citizens too and then they could work/live in the EU if they wanted to at some point but then they changed the law and now they wouldn't become citizens just because I became one so I kinda just bagged it.

But the current political scene has me reconsidering things.

Switzerland has vacillated on weed and is again considering decriminalizing. It's a ticket there now. If only the food was better. I'm entranced with the ski racks on the trains.
