yeah, do some quick reading about food deserts. whole bunch of [often urban, often african american, but 20% of rural areas in the U.S. are classified as food deserts] people live where they can’t easily get to a store where they can buy a fruit or vegetable or any part of a healthy meal. It’s where the “it’s your fault you’re obese” can butt up against a slightly different reality.
