I'd never bother to order them that way cuz the bacon doesn't like to cook at the same temp as the steak. The sous vide cooker helps for sure but it's still not ideal.

That said, my mom texted me the other day and said her favorite small grocery/butcher store was running a special on bacon wrapped filets and did I want her to grab us some. I sure as shit didn't say no thanks.

Bbq Chicken Wrap in 10 minutes

    Assorted bbq sauces
    Shredded cheese

Finger shred the chicken and add sauce.
Get baked and bake that chicken goodness at 350 for 5 minutes.

Once the baking chicken goodness is hot, take a moist paper towel, cover your tortilla and microwave for 20 seconds. Spread some dressing on the tortilla topping it with a thin layer of shredded cheese. Add hot chicken goodness and add another thin layer of shredded cheese so it melts together. Adds handful of lettuce and a bit more dressing and roll that shit up. Enjoy!

Well that’s not surprising since you never have anything good to say here. And I didn’t invite you anyway so go piss on someone else’s post.

Should I pee up a rope as someone told me today, or could you actually learn how to feed yourself out of your username?

You’re a miserable fuck who only shows up to crap on anyone and everyone who posts here. Where did you get this irrational idea that you’re better than everyone else? Do you ever stop to think about that? You identify as a burner yet you haven’t subscribed to that mentality. It’s pretty sad actually.

The snooty standards around here reeks of a bunch of Vail dentists. It’s a 10 minute meal. It’s not supposed to be a masterpiece.
I also ski at Nordic Valley. And bring a lunch. A lowly sandwich.

Can never go wrong with bacon. And since i have a bag of costco bacon crumbles in the fridge I figured why not. It actually compliments the feta nicely.

    Here's what I do:

Chop up and sautee in liberal amount of olive oil over medium-high heat: 1 stalk celery, half an onion, half a green pepper, green onion, and your choice of peppers (I usually get a jalapeno, a serrano and 3 small habaneros - decent amount of heat)

When veggies are soft add cumin, paprika and garlic powder or a few cloves of crushed garlic. Then add 14oz of crushed tomato. Turn down heat to medium-low

Once crushed tomato is simmering, add 3 eggs, hollowing out a spot for each with a spoon. Add an ounce of water to create steam and cover the pan.

Once eggs are firm to touch, remove from heat and sprinkle chopped cilantro, parsley, and feta crumbles over the top. I add bacon crumbles and diced avocado if I need to use some up.

My trick for a quick breakfast burrito is 1) using a fresh tortilla that I cook when I'm doing the eggs (get them at costco and you can freeze them. 1000% better than pre-cooked, IMO), and 2) make or buy some sort of spicy ranch as a sauce. If I can, I get a bunch of the orange habanero hot sauce from my local burrito cart and use that to make it extra spicy. Scramble two eggs, melt some shredded cheddar into the eggs, top with as spicy of a ranch sauce as you want, profit.

If I have onions, peppers, beans or bacon around I'll toss it in, but normally just use eggs and cheese.

Finally found some fennel in Japan for some Italian sausage.

While there is a lot of info online— any mag favorite spice combos? I’m thinking to keep it simple with fennel, parsley, and red pepper flakes.

But it’s been 20 years since I’ve tasted this herb.

    Add some garlic, oregano, basil
In addition to pork butt, add some pork belly
Some wine will help with the bind. Pinot Gris?

Edit: more salt than your think you need….

Highly recommend some aleppo pepper flakes to finish the shakshuka. Really adds some nice mild heat and smokiness.
