I fucking hate that term.

I get that it’s used in industry to describe things but it just sounds douchey when regular people use it. Even more so in a Gear Swap post. Just put up a picture. We can see that your bindings are green. We don’t need you to tell us what “colorway” they are.

It amuses me that it’s so triggering. It’s come up here before. That’s, like, what it’s called. When there is a certain pattern of colors on an item - particularly when that item is available in several different patterns of colors, many of those patterns just different patterns of the same colors - there has to be a word for those patterns.

What word would you like people to use instead?

Edit: surgical procedure to drain fluid from a sac by his heart. That’s all I know, annoying.

Ok, this is the pettiest thing to be annoyed about, but that’s what this thread is for, right?

So I went to the doctor the other day, and the nurse took my height and weight. I’m 6’1, and have been forever, and when she measured me it said 73 inches. All good. But when I was looking back at the notes, she put me down as 5’11. Somehow she did the conversion wrong.

I know that it doesn’t change anything, but I always make fun of the people who claim to be six foot but are really 5’10 so I don’t want the doctor to think I’m one of those people.
