Aspens are incredible in CB right now... town seems pretty packed but the trails were quiet yesterday afternoon.

Take me on a trip upon your magic swirling ship
    My senses have been stripped
My hands can't feel to grip
My toes too numb to step
Wait only for my boot heels to be wandering
Happy 420 months to the one & only usdatele. He may be old, but he sure is slow!!!

Pretty sure that when i was a teenager the girls werent boosting ten ft above the lip. Keeping dad pinned. The fam o shred was fun to watchClick image for larger version.

I put some tires in a place that probably has seen very few for legal alpine trails in these parts on a side trip that I just couldn't resist on such a beautiful day. Then ventured over to a bit more frequented destination, that still doesn't get that much traffic. Lots of amazing technical steep descending, but as a result, also lots of steep technical pushing.

Blissful and primitive alpine singletrack that rode quite well on the way down

    Looking down from the pass

    Basin below the pass

    Are you kidding me?

A bit of really exposed trail on the descent visible from the day's final summit

This is most of my day, but so worth it
