I heard the news about the boy on summit. So sorry to hear. My thoughts are with his family. Hard to imagine the pain

Both
It’s an old pic
And it’s the Same colorway as I saw yesterday
Which is probably why they are looking for spancers

I was up there on Saturday. Did one run off the Summit, just to say I did it. But figured it was not the place to be. Patrol was roping off the sides of the groomed section, but I guess this 8 yo kid got off the groomer and went for a long hard ride. News report last night didn't give much details, and no word on his conditions. I did ride the lift with a dude that poked around off Cow's Face. He said it was iced over and dangerous.

Haha, you’re giving them too much credit. I question their motives that it’s about the skiing...

I confirm that it is very firm and there are some spots that a SL fis race ski can not hold an edge. At least with this old fuk. I'm going again tomorrow with other SL fis skis to see if it's the Indian or the arrow.

What is the parking situation like at Hoodoo? Has it been filling up on busy weekends?

Hoodoo is full on weekends, unless it's R word.

That’s too close to home for this ski dad. Deepest condolences to their family, and vibes to the patrollers who responded.

Get to the Doo by 8 and you should be fine PNW. Masks are required except in the plot. Insider tip: Main lot full go pass the maintenance shops, there's parking up there with the employees. Yes groping customers is free. Tbs has a waiting list.
