no edibles yet. they were just legalized but i don't think they've started appearing in stores. the restrictions are a bit harsh.
your mileage may vary

2019/2020 CANADIAN ROCKIES THREAD
I’m quite partial to Nevado’s in Fernie. Love the ribs, corn bread, and flan!

If you were planning on chasing storms for 9 days what weather forecast website would be your go to for the Canadian Rockies?
I usually go with www.snow-forecast.com for the Montana area any suggestions?

environment canada has the most reliable forecasts, but they are all pretty much random past 5-6 days:
https://weather.gc.ca/
the really interesting parts, if you want to get into it, are the analysis models. again, not much past 5 days (they tend to begin to oscillate):

Interesting you say this, I saw a news piece yesterday saying that 2020 and into the forseable future is going to be difficult for weather prediction and forecasting as it is not niether a El Nino nor a La Nina and there is no further evidence of the next formation.
They said over the last 20 years it was either one or the other but they were able to predict it and the weather flow as it was forming over the ocean years in advance leading up to it.

Sounds plausible. I actually though they did a great job on precipitation forecasts for much of last year but then were way off at the end of the season.
Seems to be hit and miss... which I get because weather is tough, but the weather network has been getting closer so far this year.

Fernie has been skiing really well over the past two days. Everything is soft pretty much top to bottom. The forecast for the next few days looks promising as well.

lapped window chutes yesterday (first time tyler was in this year) was good before the 37 more that fell, and what ever tomorrow is bringing.
Also skied disease trees and that was good. Buckshot (lower lindas) etc.

anyone have recommendations as where to look for a seasonal rental at KH? 20/21 season, yea I know it's early, but just thinking ahead. Any local seasonal rental companies out there, or similar? And yes, I did the cursory internet search, didn't turn up a lot. Thanks in advance
