Yea, I have 2 step cats. My wife’s from before we met. I refuse to clean the litter, I cover all the dog chores she cares for the cats. She would leave the litter box dirty for almost 2 weeks. 2 cats, 1 box. Fucking gross and I always nag the shit out of her.

    So she bought this.

So far so good, I don’t run it on auto clean yet. I just manually push the clean button for now. Auto clean has a 7 minute delay from when the cat leaves the box so should be okay. One of the cats is super skittish and if that thing turned on and he saw it he’d freak the fuck out.

Anyway, on day 6 of the 90 day trial and so far could be a marriage saver.

I keep having dreams that a cat mysteriously shows up on my property and his fur is the color and length of Cookie Monster.

I think I have mentioned this before: change strains and or go easy on the MJ before bed?

LOL!!! All I take at night is CBD and despite everything I like to talk about and explore I really don't use much cannabis. I am fascinated by all that is new in the now legal world of cannabis but don't have a lot of down time when I can enjoy it. When I do I'm a day tripper.

All my life I've had vivid wild dreams.

He's definitely improved his attitude after the knots were gone.
I'd post pics but Ms. Boissal has decided he needs some time off before the final cut. She went back at it the other night and cleaned up his entire back and sides, leaving tail and mane, but he ran out of patience and the belly is still an naturale. I think pinning him down on his back to get to the belly fur will lead to carnage and I imagine he's going to stay the way he currently is, lion from the front, weird old man with a bald spot and long hair on the side from every other angle...

$500 to save a marriage? That's cheaper than counseling. And way cheaper than a divorce. Congrats.

Just a thought... my cookie monster blue cat could be because one of my house house cats has a fetish for fluffy blue toys. His two favorite are a blue dyed rabbit fur pom-pom that he attacks and carries everywhere and the other is a blue boa on a stick.

When I first got the blue boa on a stick he went berserk for it. Unfortunately it was a cheap dye job and it turned his paws, chest and face cookie monster blue. Totally freaked me out and I did my best to clean him up. Since the initial use it no longer bleeds onto his fur so I gave it back to him after taking it away for a while which made him very sad.

    This is the blue pom-pom:

Here's Artie the old lion in all of his scrawny glory. He's warming up to his tonsure, I think we're going to leave the belly alone as it's completely knot-free and we don't want to mess with his heat regulation too much.

Hobbes in her watchtower, she camps there all day and occasionally puts the smackdown on the other kittehs or the dog if they get too close to her perch. Love the little crossed paws:

Ms Boissal did a fine job cleaning up the murder scene for sure. He looks pretty ridiculous since he's so skinny, it's like we stitched an oversized head on a very small body. He's much happier though and only swats at us occasionally versus every time we walked by these past few weeks. Kittyzheimer is a sad business, he's very confused all the time, gets lost in the house, meows pathetically until he sees one of us and remembers where he is, gets mad at everything (including pesky furniture he runs into while inexplicably fleeing from the dog), and overall flails about a lot. He's super healthy otherwise for being 14, no kidney issues, stable weight, normal levels of arthritis. He'll probably live another 10 years.

We had people over the other evening and forgot to call the cat in before dark. As we all sat on the deck someone noticed a large owl in one of the trees. Ohhh shit, called the cat, comes running across yard and owl spreads its wings to...I jump up, run over and grab cat...one of her nine lives gone

    "Little black kitten?"

I've got a new stray hanging around which looks to be quite young. Very skittish with only a partial tail. Going to try to try to trap it so I can get it to the vet for vacs and fixing.
