    Can somebody get me a shipping update?

    I ordered a bunch of classic TGR movies (7) a while back and havn't recieved them or a tracking number. I got a order confirmation e-mail a couple weeks ago, and I have been charged the money. I sent a message a couple days ago from the main shop site asking what was up but never got a response.

    Where's the stoke?

    I ordered a a hoody on November 11 and selected 2-day shipping. I got a confirmation email, but my account was never charged and its been 2 weeks. I also sent customer service an email 4 days ago and haven't gotten a response.

    Whats goin on?

    Is there anyone on the board that is in charge of the TGR shop?

    I'm not upset because my account has been charged for what I have ordered, but I'm angry that I can't get a response from anybody on why four people’s orders are being simply "put aside."

    I'm sure there is some reasonable reason, but an answer would be nice.
