    Zai Spada skis

Thinking of picking up a pair of these, they look totally awesome. Anybody skied on 'em?

They are probably too long for you. I mean come one they are parabolic you really don't need a ski that long.

    You're cheap.
What you want is this. (Starts at 42000E)
    With matching tote.

The Chanels are $$ (well, €€).
Will they suit an aggressive, aggressive, alpine skiing ?

Ja, of course they are expensive darling, we only surround ourselves with those of a certain class. Aggressive? With the young things, sure.

I have skied 4 of the 6 models of Zai. I like alot of things about them... Craftmanship is great. It is a ski that you want see on a dozen people in the lift line. All ride super and damp but a little soft for me. They are all super fast. The Vist bindings and plates are quailty, But I hate the toe higher than the heal bindings setup.... The price does not scare me, Hell I got $8,500 tied up in my road bike, $3,500 in my MTB bike and $6,000 in cliimbing gear.

Stiffen up the skis, change the binding setup and I will pop for the skis...

No bluetooth. Edges are not even diamond-encrusted. Lame.

ZAI sucks. i never heard of any good skier that liked them.

same shit as bogner, channel etc. - for the rich twats that use them twice a year in st.moritz. "oh sweetheart, i`ve got no balls, but at least i have some ZAIs in the skirack oon top of my porsche cayenne"

Hell, $4550 is a bargain; I originally saw 'em for $5K and the diamond-encrusted Lacroix's philippe mentions are 10x that.

I was a bit worried about managing all 160cm of ski radness. And with that GS-like 8m turn radius, I'll have to be careful. But I think their ultra-light swingweight at 13 pounds/pair might be helpful.

Not wood, man - they're made of granite, baay-bee. Granite covered with carbon nanotubes!! Rock hard, rock on, harder than an overdose of Viagra!
