Go forth and ride, then bring back pics

Not usually into road rides, but gotta give the Haleakala climb a try when you’re in Maui. The official starting point gives you 10k of Climbing and 78 mi round trip, but we chose an “easier” ride starting at 2k climbing to 10k over 24 miles, 48 miles round trip. That was a hell of a day. The wife and I are both stoked but looking forward to getting back on an mtb...

I'm not saying the one key to all human happiness is mounting up fresh rubber and alternately pounding and caressing the beautiful natural contours of a Virgin landscape. But it works for me.

We passed a certain maggot adventure company logo on Sheep Bridge Rd on our way back today but too tired to stop and ask for change--apparently riding 5 of the last 6 days was enough for us. Awesome conditions out there considering no rain in 2 months!

    Missoula till I die! (Maybe?)

I don't like riding in the cold and wet, but maybe it's wetter down here in the inversion.
