I need to get over there to ride.

Also, after the last few posts I need to get up and do an alpine ride again soon.

I almost broke my damn rib and face endoing here and when I got up, the bike was just standing perfectly upright, mocking me.

It's a loop around or an out and back on the south side of Lake Como near Hamilton. It's short but fun if you only have an hour and a half or so and are in the area, especially because shorter rides with lots of rocks are hard to come by around here. And it's not all this rocky.

That is pretty damn funny. Nice work. Bike got scared and said, "hell no!"

Fuck that bike. Go faster next time you endo and it might not be standing upright. Glad you’re ok though.

Spent a couple days camping and riding at crowsnest pass, ab last week. They have a pretty good trail system with features and alternate lines everywhere.

Could have used a bigger bike.

Are you sure that's a bike and not a horse? It sounds more like a horse. Heh.

It makes perfect sense...until you think about it.

I suspect there's logic behind the madness, but I'm too dumb to see it.

Got out on this largely unknown NorCal backcountry gem last week. Grunty climb through a beautiful lake-filled alpine basin, followed by a raw and rugged 8-mile, 4500' descent. Sorry, no pics of that part. Suffice it to say it's one of my favorite descents anywhere.

Skyline Park in Napa has a new trail after many months of being closed due to the fires - well, technically it’s on private property outside the park- and the 360 views up top are pretty great. I don’t make it over that way often enough.

^^ 6? How did you pull that off? Are you using a nice thick HD 8 speed chain too? I like it.
