What helmet on a gravel bike?

Sorry for offtopic, but i can't post new threads. Some may think it's a silly question as all that really matters is it protects your bonce... but still.. What helmet is the norm worn on gravel bikes? Mountain bike? Road bike?

Most gravel adventures be taking place on road and gravel but I won't be breaking any speed records so aerodynamics ain't a worry. Just want to 'fit in' with the norm...

    Cheers

Go forth and ride, then bring back pics

Well, if you’re looking to fit in I usually see this kind of thing:

that is the old style, they are making them with more air vents and a MIPS system now. Nice mid eighties day glow colors as well.

Headed out to Laguna mountains this weekend for a couple rides, Sat evening and early Sunday morning. Great way to beat the heat

After a lap around the laguna I climbed up to one of the more prominent peaks and had a beer while watching the sunset

Rad view looking 5000ft down to the desert

Getting up before sunrise to pedal was highly worthwhile

Got buzzed by this guy repeatedly for about 10 mins

The thought crossed my mind I hadn't seen a rattler in quite a while. Moments later, I almost ran over this guy's head while he rested in a shadow

Good times, and home by noon on Sunday

KT last weekend. 2 good days. 14 dudes. Zero mechanicals. One meaningful crash, just a flesh wound.

Hard to see but I found the rim tearing apart at the seam right before my descent. Prob happened last ride but was impressed it held air and made it out no problem with how amazingly untrue it was. Hoping for a warranty but we'll see.Click image for larger version.
