Super- mellow traffic north of Lahaina, and every single car that passed was courteous to a fault. Generally had to wave people around me. However, on the little roads, there is no shoulder, and sometimes just one lane.
Still sublime, today was about 4K in about 40 miles. Planning on Haleakala Friday, over 10k climb. See how I do.

Demoed the Spur from Transition today. Proceeded to pedal 18.5 miles/3k on it, this thing is ridiculously fun.

Very stable pedaling platform that crushes every climb, but when descending; it was STUPID fun. The faster I pushed it the more stable is became. Sure you can’t pin it down chunk but bobbing and weaving yielded super fun results. Dang thing rails turns too.

I love that area and randomly have a buddy there right now. There's that super steep climb just north of Lahaina on that loop and great banana bread half way. Beautiful. Hope to get back someday.

Spent a few days leading up to thanksgiving in south lake. Pretty awesome to ride in the sun, instead of the ARs at home. I was left in awe when riding corral and appreciating the power and destruction from that fire. Hopefully Tahoe gets some snow soon.

So, I took a wrong turn…and was too pig headed to admit the mistake to myself. Added 2400+ feet, at 10-15% grades, before I got back on track. Best road ride of my life. Probably biggest vert in one day for me?

Were you up there yesterday with a group of 4? I may have seen you guys coming down at the very bottom, as my buddy and I were hiking up from the tiny dirt parking area.

I was with a group of 4 so sounds likely. I was actually with a guy that bought one of your Rails. He's loving it.

But got to watch people style and I can say is hell no!!

Change of scenery on the drive home. I'd prefer if there were 5' of snow at 10,600 in late November but this is a perfectly acceptable substitute:

Some frozen snow and hilarious luge track riding for the first 1/2 mile of N facing terrain then absolutely glorious dirt the rest of the day. No pics as too much fun was had and the maniacs I was riding with don't seem to stop, ever.
