Correct. Leg of lamb:
1-Purchase delicious naturally fed lamb from Reverend Floater
2-stab leg all over and put garlic slivers in
3-mix fresh squeezed lemon juice, garlic, truffle oil, salt, pepper, oregano
4-rub the lamb with mix
5-cook at 300 for about 25-30 minutes per pound of meat
6-pull out when core reaches the temp you want. I like med rare so about 125-130.
7-go burn one and let the leg stand for 20-30 before serving

Here's a pic from earlier in the day.

I got nothin. Drinking beer in the garage while putzing with my brother-in-law and the bikes, while my spousal unit is working on a duck.
I helped by cleaning up the kitchen beforehand, making the coffee this morning, walking the dog, and opening her beer for her.
A couple from the last few days though:

First ride on the Borealis Yampa. It was the end to a good day that started with some opening day pow turns at Alta.
It got dark on the way back. Dropout in the dark on snow was all time.
The owner of Go-Ride is an undercover fat bike nerd
We chose an ambitious route with Flying Dog and climbed up the west siiiide. We had fresh tracks to the bench from the beaver ponds. It got a little deep and we had to push about half that stretch. The descent down to the Cobblestone/Preserve Connector split was fresh tracks for me. Sooooo sick. Fat bike slarving.
This is the beaver ponds. That whole zone looks really cool right now. The beavers have some fresh layers of mud on their houses, their tracks are all over the place and you can see their harvest zones very clearly.

a positive attitude will not solve all of your problems, but it may annoy enough people to make it worth the effort
