The past few pages of this thread are poppin' - good to see everyone getting out

I tried to Everest some rowdy "enduro" trails but only made it about halfway before it started raining too much later in the day. I might give it another go soon.


Took a trip to Torridon for a few days of chunk and big mountains. Not the most suitable spot to ride hardtails, but hey

(And - having spotted your fiancée’s ride - I happened to get my then gf a new-to-her Ibis that previously belonged to baby bear a month before I asked her the question, I’m sure it’s why she said yes, lol)

Top of the World right? That is a great viewpoint up there. I love it too. Though last time I was up there a month ago I wrecked on Rent Money and got a little beat up.

I proposed to my wife 21 years ago on top of Mt. Helena. No bikes of course, but we hike that hill several times a week so it has a huge significance to us. Honestly it is 90 percent of the reason I live in Helena.

springsproject, you might find it interesting that the area of Mars the rover has been trundling around last few months has all targets/features named after Glen Torridon area place names.

It cost $9 for a day pass and the dirt might as well be tan marbles but there is some really fun and rowdy tech at Curt Gowdy SP just off 80 near Cheyenne. If you are on a xc road trip and looking for somewhere to stretch the legs it’s worth a stop.

It looks like there’s more trails just up the road outside the park that would be free and might be worth checking out.

What trail is that in the second pic? Love the tech in the Skin & Bones & Exfoliator area. You happen to check that area out?

One fun trail (Argentine North Fork) with a new downhill trail that hasn’t opened because it goes under the ongoing Pali lift construction.

It's been a while since I shared any stoke so here's a photo dump from the last few months.

Didn't ride much this winter because the snow was too good but made it down to Prescott in January for a day.


Also, obligatory Sedona pics. I rode Soldier Pass for the first time this winter which was busy but fun. Also checked out the Girdner re-route and Ground Control. Both are great additions.



Also made it down to Mexico for a bit. Trails aren't anything special but the location can't be beat



Back home I've gotten to ride burn zones new and old (second picture is damage from last year's Museum Fire)



I've also got to check out some of Raisingarizona's handiwork on the New Heart Trail. It's incredible, can't wait til the whole thing is finished.


Currently, I've just been enjoying the monsoon trail conditions.
