I put this in the TR thread, but ShralphMacchio said it would have been better here. My TGR etiquette is stale I suppose!

That looks nice and warm. After two solid months of frigid cold I'm ready for a warm up here int he SW. I got my fill on skiing.

It was 65 in Kingman yesterday so a friend and I made the treck to sample the new system and have a few acres ride beverages in the quiet, historic downtown.

This first pic was from my last hitch and has been already posted in the dig thread. It's a new line currently in the making. It should be finished and open on the 11th. It's been named Ghost Pepper.

CX bike setup for winter road riding with 34mm slicks and fenders. Nice 3hrs out there today which i'll pretty much never do on zwift. Nice to be relatively dry and clean at the end of it too.

Even more amazing; we could have been skiing (shitty crusted snow) at Pajarito, 15 minutes from our backdoor.

Yes, New Mexico is an embarrassment of riches.

Go forth and ride, then bring back pics

Love the New Mex stoke!! Been years and years since we’ve been down there, (maybe 2000 when on the Los Alamos fire…), but we are planning a trip in late spring to check it out. Looks diverse and awesome!!

Good stuff. I stopped in and rode Nambe badlands year before last. Cool place, really liked the exposed ridge top lines. Got to ride South Boundary in the snow the day before, perfectly packed down by a shuttle group that got dropped off right before me.

thanks. I hope it becomes that signature "gnar" section of the trail system. Golf Course is still my overall favorite though. There's plenty of punchy tech to get the most of a 7-7.5 mile trail system. We did 10 miles on Saturday and felt thoroughly satisfied.
