I was just thinking the same thing, maybe even the whole west. But we had 9 days riding SW recently and even the two that had rain were gorgeous.

Also can confirm that you and your crew build very fun trails! Cool to be able to roll on-sight and even know roughly where you're headed out of the berms by their shapes.

Further confirmation--Bison Escape does get rowdy. I believe I dabbed a hand as often as a foot. Some aspirational rock, but it rides better than it appears it will, which is damn cool.

Thanks Jono. There's much more to that system that hasn't been advertised as public yet if you take the canyon connect up and over. It's all bike specific trail and much bigger than phase 1. I think all and all the system is around 1000 ft. in verts with four separate but interconnected systems and almost everything is directional.

Yeah, that side was cool, too. We were on like day 5 and my wife wanted it to be a rest day, so I couldn't get her to descend those switchbacks at all, but the cruise back on the high plain is done right. Much of what we saw reminded me of a white-ish Thunder Mountain.

Are there views into the park in the west?

It's not up to the photographic standard of this page, but I was pleased to finally hit this feature on this moarning's ride after having hike-a-biked down it more times than I'd like to admit. It's a bit chunky with a slightly awkward entrance (and exit if you follow the white line) and it was one of those features that I backed off the first time I rode the trail and subsequently got in my head despite knowing in theory that if you just lined things up reasonably and let off the brakes, you'd be fine. And once I committed I was, but I was pleased.

Oh yeah. There's some sweet views over there. The lower system is great though for a day as long as you get the whole session aspect of the system concept. Heck, you can do laps on both the two upper systems for a couple hours of fun. I've actually been shuttling from Applecross to the Upper system and doing a full ride up, down, up and across.

Yep! Good eye. They're my home trails, but almost never make an appearance in my irregular contributions to this thread as I never think to take pics on everyday rides.

Flagstaff looks beautiful right now. It's a place I really need to get to sometime.

Go forth and ride, then bring back pics

Ha, I was keeping track of my partner via text. She said it was an absolute zoo on TWE today. Meanwhile it was beautiful and very chill in park city today

Crazy... we rode it on Thursday, and there was absolutely no one out there. It's the first time I've ever gotten to Geyser Pass with no other humans up top. Apparently it was the first day the shuttles were allowed to pass the road construction, and none of the other companies got the memo.

Pretty spectacular day riding the lifts at Telluride. No riding shots because we were too busy having fun with a ripping crew.

4 miles and 2700 vert is steep! As a trail builder I'm not supposed to like steep but I fucking love riding it.
