Yeah but ours are Idaho mountain biking plates on a Promaster.

Ella trail is the connector between Barnes and Kershaw-Ryan, right? Looks cool what has been cut in so far. We're at Echo Canyon right now. Sounds like Ely is still muddy. Got any recommendations?

Making the most of the limited dry trail in Helena. Hopefully the run of warm days gets us some new options by Sunday.

No, the Ella Trail is a 25 mile 3 to 4K descent off of Ella Springs Road that will be their shuttle ride. It's an xc sort of trail, not a serious dh but I think it will be plenty of fun.

People are doing out and backs on the connector trail.

In all honesty I haven't ridden my bike anywhere in Nevada. The building we've been doing in Caliente is pretty vanilla, assembly line construction sort of stuff so I don't bother bringing my bike, plus I'm too whooped after work to ride. I'm pretty confident that Vegas/Boulder City has the best riding in the state. The Cowboy Trails look sweet, I'd stay in Boulder City and make sure to eat at the Southwest Diner. the huevos rancheros and pancakes are insanely good.

Built up the ugliest Giant Trance I could visualize from a 2018 rear and 2019 front dumpster dived frame rescued from warranty destruction. Pieced together with bike shop cast offs mainly from the Obsession Bikes recycling bin.

Squeaks a lot but came in under $400 and only had to use mallet twice to persuade stubborn parts to fit together. Great success.

Go forth and ride, then bring back pics

Mud season was as short as I can ever remember. Figured I’d go poke around on the town trails, hoping it wasn’t a wet shitshow. Zero mud!

This would have been an amazing opportunity to do one of those bike build videos. They tend to do them with the highest of the boutique stuff, but this would have been epic, particularly when the mallet made it's debut.

Only if you refer to it as "the persuader."

Went for a big one yesterday. Perfect weather back east, 72 degrees with no humidity, wind from the south for a change at a pretty good clip. Rode the tail wind home, always nice. 86 miles, over five hours riding with 5200 vert. Three state ride.
