Something has always irritated me about Christian Bale. Maybe cuz it always looks like he is trying to keep dentures in.
But damn, he goes pretty ham on his roles.
Still want to punch him in the face.

The Reverend nails Nic Cage earlier, he was perfect as H.I. in Raising Arizona, and in LLL.

I’ve told this story before, but in the nineties my Native American religious studies teacher (I know, but just fuck off) said how Kevin C. screwed over some Dakota casino investment in Deadwood after Dancing with Wolves, so the local N.A. put a curse on all his movies or career after that. And decades later, without googling whatever exception to this curse-rule, I think they did a fine curse-job, right? Teacher was hilarious, one of my favorites, he eventually got booted from campus for some bullshit. Hope he cursed the fuckers that fired him.

Nice. I don’t hate the guy but I do love a good curse. Prefer voodoo but you know, that native shit is, well, native.

Not to mention I’ve read some compelling essays on why field of dreams is a terrible movie and I like the points they make even tho honestly I like it. Waterworld. L o fucking L. DWW was great tho. Top ten not me but I wouldn’t blame u.
