hope it happens for you guys.. I am out to Nashville & Austin on Tuesday, and I just got back from Utah & Colorado, so I'm too busy catching up on work shit to go if we get anything decent.

besides, the rain isn't helping the motivation much.

did anyone hit jay peak yesterday, if so, what type of coverage is in the woods, if any, and do you think this storm would warrant a close to 3hr drive? wind factor tomorrow?
jay's site is making some outrageous claim about possibly 30"( no joke check it out) from this storm coming into mon nite and roemer the weather guy had it all stratified into elevations but i think that item disappeared.

hope everyone reports in with what they've got and where...right now at 7:40am south central vt. elevation @ 1900 we've got rain with the occasional snow flake..so it's looking promising

ugh, massive head cold, four hour drive to jay, and uncertainty about when/if this snow is actually gonna fall is leaving me with a tough decision.

i think monday is the day at jay - poor weather will keep people off the roads, and the potential is there to be making untracked lines all day as the storm dumps its load. think i'll wait a few more hours and see how things are shaping up.

    Seriously.

I don't want to hear no 'plainin' about a 4 hour drive...I'm looking at a solid 8 to Jay (and 3 missed classes), so this weather can't be fucking around on me. I'm leaning towards Tuesday; it looks as though it'll snow through Monday and then I won't run the risk of going up there and having it blow out OR going up there and having it be so sweet that I have to stay through Wednesday.

Fuck law school and Pennsylvania. Fuck them both in their respective stupid asses.

    fack. that is all.

i'm screwed whatever choice i make - i can choose not to ski, go to work, watch jay report some ungodly amount of snow, and kick myself the rest of the day, and probably the summer.

or, i can choose to ski, endure some marathon drive by myself through sleet and snow, only to be disappointed when i get there. ugh.

anyone ever stayed at hotel jay? i think thats my lodging destination for this trip. 90 bucks for a room, lift ticket and breakfast.
