We only skied at the areas for 2.5 days, and out of that, we counted less than a dozen runs in bounds. There is so much bc potential around there.
According to the hutmaster, there are about 5 other refugios across the valley from Piltri (in El Bolson). Some are CA, some aren't. I'm going to have to investigate those some day.Is it radix panax notoginseng? - splat

yeah, i kept looking for it to show up, but i never saw it. nice work you two. looks like an awesome trip! I can't wait to make it down there. Bumping this thread because I'm currently planning a SA trip and couldn't decide between Bariloche and Las Lenas (only have a few days to fit in skiing), and this one clinched it - Bariloche. Sorry I missed this thread the first time around, it's truly spectacular.
