    Ceasar Chavez Surf Report...

Pretty big at 25th Manhattan....too big for my 9.0...got pounded on the outside of the sand-bar..and then again on the inside....so after 45 minutes of useless paddling and going through the rinse cycle about 1/2 dozen times...I left.

shape looked good though..some 8 footers...not many closeouts.

    I need lessons.

    Tuff-windward?
I have mastered all major sporting activities to a high degree of mediocrity.

Eat a big bowl of Menudo before your go out, that should help.
Or maybe move to a point or reef. Easier paddle out then a beachbreak on a longboard. Sounds like Sunset Blvd might be good for ya.
Gave up on the bottle, give me the lobotomy.

MB...good advice, except when I make a right on a left-turn wave, and proceed on getting my leash cut by a 'Sunset-Local'...

A Sunset local? I didnt think such a thing exsisted. Chart House point but Sunset? Wow, some people must be hard pressed to have their "own" break to try and localize that place.
