I know it sucks but could the burlington location at least get a poll option??
For sure, you have to be lost to find a place that can't be found, elseways everyone would know where it was

No one's willing to commit to Kimmy right now, with the possibility of substantially reduced vertical and all.

I don't think New England is viable for a summit. A mini-summit would be better here. The weather is all over the map, and those not experienced up here wouldn't enjoy it. I say JH or Colo

I see Jackson/Targhee doing well, and that's rad. From a logistical standpoint, I wonder if W/B wouldn't be better- you don't need a car once you're there, so people could bus/rideshare easily and save some dough; meeting up for the apres-booze is super convenient in the Village; and I think that the lodging is a lot easier to come by at W/B (their central reservations office could hook up a huge group all at a shot). Just my meager .02 (which I didn't feel like posting in the other thread because, jesus, that shit is long).

I like the idea of a minion infestation of the Teton Gravity headquarters. Perhaps Mr. Owens himself could schedule a business trip to the headquarters during the Summit? Twould be good to finally meet the man.

The upside of Jackson is that I personally don't have to worry about a drunk driving conviction I acquired at age 18. I could be wrong but I've heard you can't get into Canada with a DUI conviction. Now whether they check for shit like that at the border? I don't know.

If indeed it is decided on Jackson I think a Big Sky excursion is in order. Mountainman has offered his apartment as a huge ass party locale.

That's true, I thought of the border crossing issue but thought that since we're all such law-abiding citizens that there'd be no problem. I guess there aren't very many hobos to stab in W/B, either.

You're not wrong. They can deny you entry for a DUI. Usually they will let you in if you file some kind of form to the Canadian Consulate for a $150 fee. Nice scam, huh? Of course if they want to be sticklers they could just totally deny you entry.

I like the idea of moving the dates into February with the idea that the snow is almost invariably better then than in March.

    Yep. Thanks.

    Edit: Oh yeah, JACKSON, WY.

    Ditto.

I was one of the 4 that voted for Utah. Good God, I fell in love with them places out there this winter!
