Has anyone heard from Courtney? I'm dying to hear more about how her race went.
It's idomatic, beatch.

Very very impressive. I can't motivate / make the committement to even train for a marathon, much less an ironman. Having run in college I always figured I would do one and have done some sprint Tri's, but an Ironman is a hugely impressive achievement. Congrats dudes!
