Today I road the Midmountain trail from Deer Valley to The Canyons. On one particularly rocky section my Candy C Clipless pedal smashed a rock pretty good. I thought nothing of it, but couldn't clip in anymore. When I stopped I was greeted with a nice surprise....

One of the wings was bent all the way in and it was almost impossible for me to clip into the other side with the undamaged wings.

I sent the following email tonight(Sunday) at 10:00pm...

Anka is currently help me with a warranty issue too, I snapped the axle on a candy C. Crank Brothers is known for having one of the best warranties in the biz.

I've had 2 warranty experiences with Crank Brothers and can confidently say they will do exactly as that email says. If they find the bearings are about to go they will probably swap those out at the same time too. Some of the best and fasted by far warranty service in the bike biz.

I don't envision myself using any other pedals for quite some time. I love my Candy's on the MTB and Quattro's on the roadie (dual sided entry is great). This just makes me want to continue using them. Plus, the bang for the buck is excellent.
