LTJ Bukem - Logical Progessions, 1996
LTJ - Earth Series (specifically 1-3)
LTJ - Progressions Session 4 and 5

I probably have about 50 or so mixes/comps that I don't listen to anymore, but they are 2000 miles away.
This is a link to a NYC-based message board dealing with music: http://www.rhythmism.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=2
Should be quite a few threads with mixes and other info.Last edited by Nick Pappagiorgio; 07-30-2007 at 04:34 PM. Reason: more additions

Question for you, oh master of the dnb.....there was a Gein track you posted a long time ago, Skin Suit Sessions Vol. IV, which I really dig - it's got that hardcore metal edge to it. I don't know shit about dnb, but I know I like their sound. Any other recs in the same vein?
I've been messing around with Sony Acid making my own tunes, trying to come up with something between Gein and Static X (or similar metal). All I need is a USB guitar interface to add some heavy grind/crunch to the dnb. Anyone know of any music out there that combines these elements? Back in the early to mid 90's Godflesh sort of fit that bill, but with older, more limited digital music technology. I have yet to hear anything that hits the nail directly on the head as far as dnb + metal goes.

Enduser
Cativo
Alec Empire - "The Destroyer" & "Intelligence and Sacifice" Albums
DJ Fexomat - a metal DJ that used Abelton Live to fuse dnb with all sorts of metal

His new stuff on Dom and Roland Productions is still pretty rad.

Wormhole - I checked all my usual online retailers with no avail.
The original release was in 1998 and I think there was a repress a couple years ago, but you are correct in that it is hard to find.
Discogs is the only place I see people selling their vinyl version...

Here's what I'm feeling at the moment...
Alix Perez - putting out some quality beats
Danny Byrd - From Bath with Love...sick crazy-mellow beats!
Fist of Fury EPs on Function....some retro Amen with dub influences

And of course the new Dom & Roland tracks of his latest album...

I'm not sure why 666 doesn't show for these "local" things
Is it the crowds, or the sound quality?
Float: Bay Area Drum N' Bass (BADNB)
Producers: Bay Area Drum N' Bass Collective
Talent: SF's premiere jungle/dnb crews such as Shelter, Compression, FSound, Still Doin' It, IN2IT, Active Mindz, Surya Dub, Junglecode, Bassism, Trauma, Jungle Lounge, Primitive Science, and Redline. Hosted by MC's Audio Angel, MC Duh, The Colonel, Manny Vibes, Emcee Child, and Ax!om.

Just placed an order for the new Platinum Series on Metalheadz, Seba, Marcus Intalex, SKC, Chase & Status, and new limited release NICO!!!! All on vinyl and all high quality releases. Bottom line, there is a ton of garbage released each week, in fact, I have no idea how these indie labels do it. Pressing vinyl in a niche of a niche can't be very profitable.
