Yogurt
It's just damn tasty, isn't it? I like the kind with the fruit on the bottom you have to stir.

Plain yogi + ground freshly roasted cumin seeds + mulled mint + cucumbers = great side
Otherwise, vanilla for me."It is not the result that counts! It is not the result but the spirit! Not what - but how. Not what has been attained - but at what price.

I used to love Yoplait, but I have since discovered Dannon and it has better tangy yogurt taste. Now Yoplait tastes sickly sweet to me.

Brown Cow whole milk yogurt. I didn't care for the cream on the top, so I scraped that shit off, though.
Daniel Ortega eats here.

I got myself one of these to satisfy my daily yogurt cravings:
So far (I've had it for about 2 months), I've been really happy with it: it makes really tasty plain yogurt. I've gotta try some of their fruit yogurt recipes soon
I usually have it plain, but lately I've started having 1 part yogurt, 1 part fresh blueberries and some maple syrup....

I used to be a Dannon guy, but they switched to high fructose corn syrup about 2 years ago. Now, my personal favorite is the A&P Brand "America's Choice" believe it or not.
And it is of the fruit on the bottem variety.
When on sale, I'll also rock some Stonyfield or Axelrode (sp??).
While I wouldn't buy it on my dime, a lot of hotels have a tasty yogurt on their breakfast menu... with the berries and the granola... mmmmm..

I am so glad someone has recognized this important and delicious food!
I am fond of brown cow farms maple yogurt. I also like cabot lemon yogurt. The only kind I don't like is the fruit on bottom stuff and Trix yogurt (yes, they make Trix yogurt!)
AG, how do you make yogurt cheese?

We make yogurt cheese in place of mayo in a lot of things...dips, tuna or chicken salad sandwich (we actually just use plain yogurt, mustard and some cream cheese for that stuff), potato salad is also another great use of yogurt cheese and herbs.
Take a container of plain yogurt (we use low fat) pour into cheese cloth that is draped over a medium sized strainer and folded onto itself then set that on a bigger bowl so that the liquid from the yogurt drains into that bigger bowl. Set a tuperware full of water (or anything heavy) on top of the folded cheese cloth and yogurt and let sit in the fridge for 24 hours.
When you pull the cheese cloth open, you have this soft cheese like textured yogurt, it's awesome and way more healthy than regular cheese or mayo! If you wanted to make it a dip, add in your favorite mix, herbs, etc into the yogurt, then put that mixture into the cheese cloth and let it sit.
It really is SO easy.you sketchy character, you
