    CO Yakers - Weekday availability?

Summit...I'm guessing you still get out during the week...though not sure if you'd be bored with stuff I'm interested in doing. Anywho...anyone else have any weekday availability and up for some mellow-ish stuff?

I can do after work(5pm) weekdays. Probably not what you're looking for.

Summit, I think it's time you got on Brown's. This weekend anytime?

I have Sat and Sun off let's do it!!!

Also... 5pm after work... damn coulda done it today...

So yesterday I tried a sweep to backdeck roll after watching it on the web... got it on the first try! PmcP got it on the second try! It's a super easy roll. I actually feel like I might be able to do it in combat... but I'd rather try it in a park.

I can't tomorrow, but would do Brown's or maybe Foxton either Sat. or Sun. I may have some friends come, so I'll find out which day works best for them and give you a call when I get it all figured out.

Foxton has a creeky feel to it. It's a little more technical than Brown's, but the whitewater is not any more difficult than class III and it's not pushy.

I'm always down for Golden. If anyone wants to play hit me up. I'll probably be down there 3 days a week in the afternoon/evenings.

Hey, I'm going to be at College in the Springs this fall and I was wondering what the story is on water levels in the fall. Anything still running?

Spthomson- I'm back in town from Lyons. If you want to paddle this week give me a call. Chutes on Tuesday or Wednesday? Golden? Black bear is at a great beginners level right now.

Some of the South Platte will be running. Pueblo is awesome if it rains and they release out of the res. Shoshone runs all year. Buy a New Testament for more information.

The Springs isn't the best location for whitewater, but as mentioned, Pueblo is nearby and has good play if they let some water out that late in the year.

Gore Canyon is a fun IV/V and will most likely be flowing, but that is 2.5 hours away. Depending on Denver's water needs, Bailey Canyon (IV/V) could still be going too and is a little closer to the Springs.

Your only other bet would be Waterton which is downstream from Bailey, but unless your a beginner/intermediate, it's pretty uneventful.

San Juan creeks can come up quick with lots of rain so keep an eye out for those.

My advice would be to bring a mtn bike and rock the great trails around that area till the snow falls.

I'm not sure whats really running. The only thing that seems to have water is Chutes on South Platte. My meeting got canceled for tomorrow and I would like to get out.

Ok- here's the deal. We are meeting at the put in for Chutes at 10am. Check eddyflower.com for directions. If anyone wants to carpool from the 303 we can meet at The Fort restaurant at 8:30. Summit is in also. Sptompson? Smolakian?
